I received a new HOA fee of 240 USD, the fee and address are different from those on the HOA website, how can I handle it?

Dear Neighbor:
Below is text from the letter we tried to send to all residents. If you did not get it, incorrect contact information may be the reason. Please update your info.
To: Lot #XXX -
If you did not attend the Annual Meeting in May, the HOA Board approved a 6 month assessment of $240 covering from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021[...]. In the Fall, we will set a new budget and assessment amount for calendar year 2022, and send out a 12 month invoice around January 1st.
[...]
You can drop off the payment at Jeff Allen's home -- 8467 Sevan Court.
Thank you for your cooperation and prompt payment as we modernize the billing and payment system for the HOA.

Dear Neighbors,
I have recently taken over the moderation and updating of our HOA webpage. The comments section is getting a lot of spam that I have to clear out, so please be patient if your comment does not appear immediately. I plan on clearing the spam a couple of times a week. If your post does not appear after 3-4 days, please contact me directly and I will investigate.
I will also update the webpage twice weekly with new information if any comes in. Again, I thank you in advance for your patience, as I am still learning the system!
With sincere gratitude to Kaye Lee who has done such a great job during her tenure, and who has helped me try to get up to speed,
Warm wishes for the summer,
Milena Santoro

Neighbors, summer is here and cicadas are chirping – time for a movie night! Save the date for the first of hopefully many outdoor movie nights at the playground. We will have our first one on Thursday, June 24th. Uncle Fred’s BBQ will be here and arriving around 6pm. Bring your own drinks/snacks – we might do a snack table. The movie will start as soon as the sun starts to go down. Exact timing forthcoming. Join your neighbors, set up on the hill, and relax during what we hope will be a fun night.
More details coming – hope to see you there!

I really like Andrew's suggestion!

Thanks to so many in the neighborhood who came together and continue to organize to feed others in need in our school district.

Neighbors,
Hope all are well! At the annual meeting on May 25th (see website for more info), we’d like to start off by showing appreciation for each other and the wonderful neighbors we have. To do so, you can share with me (by comment or email ) any shoutouts you have for your neighbors. Has someone been kind to you over the last year? Helped you? Just been a friendly face? Show them some love!
It’s been quite a year – no better way to move forward than to shoutout your neighbors.
I’ll start.
Shoutout to all the kids on Sevan Ct. for providing me constant entertainment during my work from home year. Thanks for always making me laugh!
Looking forward to seeing many of you at the annual meeting next week,
Andrew

Neighbors,

The HOA Board is preparing for the Annual Meeting on May 25th (learn more here: https://prosperityheights.org/) and we are looking for volunteers to help stuff envelopes for the mailing! Here are the details:

On (or around) April 21st I will drop off all needed materials at your house. Between April 21st and April 25th you will stuff envelopes and add stamps/labels. When you are complete, you will drop off the stamped and labeled envelopes at my house. Pretty simple!

If you are interested in helping out, please let me know and I will reach back out with more details.

Thanks,
Andrew
